Refund Policy

Participant guide workbooks are refundable in their original condition 28 days from shipping date. No exceptions. Large quantity refunds may incur a 10% restocking fee.
“Workbook Sets” must be returned as a complete set to qualify for refund.
On line video streaming subscriptions and product downloads are not refundable.
Postage on all returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure and track your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
